We welcome you to enjoy our friendly and lively tasting room for a rotating selection of our delicious wines. While many of our wines sell out quickly, we will always do our best to hold back some of our finest for our Napa Valley tasting guests. We also offer barrel tasting of some of the most exclusive August Briggs wines with a prior appointment.
The atmosphere here is casual and friendly; we’re always happy to talk about our wines, the dynamic vineyards where we source our fruit and tell a few stories about Joe and how he’s fulfilled his dream in building this winery.
We are located at 333 Silverado Trail, on the southern edge of Calistoga, just south of the Solage Resort. No appointment is necessary unless you have a group of 5 or larger; call us anytime at 707-942-4912 for group appointments or barrel tasting reservations.

Where’s Bob and Betty?
Many of you who have visited the winery in the past have had the great pleasure of meeting Joe’s parents, Bob and Betty Briggs. They have been wonderful hosts to many folks since the winery opened in 2004. In the fall of 2007 they decided that it was time to relax and enjoy their retirement, so they will very rarely be at the winery in the future. Their personalities and great stories cannot be replaced – Thanks, Bob and Betty; we wish you all the best!
